1. Click on "All modules" in the navigation bar or open the application in the browser.
2. You will now be taken to the overview page where you can view all modules. Each line represents a single module. For explanations of the individual components, look at the exemplary picture with the corresponding legend:

1. You will find the input field for the search in the navigation bar
2. Enter your desired search query in the "Search" field. If you have several search requests at the same time, please separate them with a comma.
3. If you want to search for your examination date, first click on the "Search parameter" field and select "Examination date". The input field should now have changed. Select your examination date and your examination regulations.
4. Then click "Search".
5. If results were found for your search query, they will be displayed.
6. If you want to delete your search results, please click on "Delete all search filter".
7. If you want to search further, you can either use the input field in the navigation bar or click on one of the search suggestions displayed.
1. Click on "All modules" in the navigation bar or open the application in the browser.
2. Directly in the centre below the navigation bar you will find several selection options for filtering modules.
3. If you would like to filter by the degree programme "Bachelor Biologie" or "Bachelor Biologie International", please select them.
4. Then select your examination regulations in the adjacent selection field.
8. Click on "Filter".
5. If you want to filter for the programme "MBIO2 Master (zweijährig)", select it.
6. Then select your major from the adjacent selection field.
8. Click on "Filter".
7. If you want to filter for the programme "MBIO1 Master (einjährig)", select it. Since there are no examination regulations or majors in this degree programme, this selection option is omitted.
8. Click on "Filter".
9. You will now see all modules to which your filter selections apply.
10. If you want to delete your search results, please click on "Delete all search filter".
1. Click on "Login Employees" in the navigation bar on the far right.
2. You will now be taken to a page where you can log in with your login data.
3. Enter the e-mail address you used to register in the "E-Mail" field.
4. In the "Password" field, enter the password you set during registration. If you are unsure whether the password you entered is correct, click on the eye symbol next to the field. Your password should now be displayed in letters.
5. Then click on "Login"
6. If your login attempt was successful, you will be redirected to the overview page with all modules. The button "Login employees" should now have been replaced by a red button with the inscription "Logout". You should also have received a green notification in the top right corner of the browser window.
7. If your login attempt failed, you will be returned to the login page and a red message box will be displayed.
1. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Login Employees" in the navigation bar on the far right.
2. You will now be taken to the login page where you would otherwise log in with your user data.
3. Click on "Forgotten your password?
4. You will now be taken to the page where you can reset your password. Follow the instructions on this page to reset your password.
IMPORTANT: To register, you need a registration link, which will be sent to you by e-mail. If you have not yet received a registration link, please request one from the responsible persons.
1. Click on the registration link in the e-mail. You will be redirected to the registration form.
IMPORTANT: Please note the information at the beginning and end of the form!
2. Enter all the required data in the fields provided.
3. Click on "Registration" afterwards. If you wish to cancel the registration, please click on "Cancel".
4. After submitting the form, you will be redirected to the overview page with all modules. A message is displayed at the top right-hand edge, below the navigation bar. This message provides feedback on whether your registration could be saved.
5. Your registration is now complete! Before you can use the functionalities and log in to the application with your data, your registration must first be checked by responsible persons. You will be informed by e-mail about the result of the check.
1. Click on "Contact and Services" in the navigation bar.
2. You will now be taken to an overview page where you will see the contact form and the contact person.
3. If you have a question, select the type "QUESTION".
4. If you want to enquire about a specific error, select the type "ERROR".
5. If you want to give positive feedback on the application, select the type "POSITIVE FEEDBACK".
6. If you want to give negative feedback about the application, select the type "NEGATIVE FEEDBACK".
7. Now fill in all the required fields in the contact form and click on "Submit" if you would like to send your request. After clicking on "Submit", you will be redirected to the overview page with all modules. A message is displayed in the upper right-hand corner below the navigation bar. This message provides feedback on whether the contact form could be saved.
